Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior SuccessFactors Business Systems Analyst in our Enterprise Business Systems team. This role requires deep technical and functional expertise on SuccessFactors and ECC HCM functionality, translating business requirements into system configurations, creating solution designs, development and testing these requirements as per business requirements of HR and it's integrated systems. Additionally, this role requires to perform hands-on configuration and issue resolution in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, collaborate with the project team and stakeholders to ensure the quality and timely delivery of project outcomes.
Job Requirement:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related Engineering field with 7+ years of experience in SuccessFactors and SAP ECC HCM resolving issues related to configuration, integration, and data reconciliation.
Participate in business requirements discussions and provide technical expertise about SuccessFactors system functionality and capability.
Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs in the SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules.
Complete hands-on configuration and unit testing of SuccessFactors system.
Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing.
Identify and resolve any issues or gaps in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ECC HCM module.
Collaborate with the project team and business stakeholders to ensure the quality and timeliness of project deliverables.
Hands on Design and configuration experience & knowledge in all SuccessFactors modules
Hands on experience of designing and configuration of SAP ECC HR modules.
Hands on experience of SF to ECC integration and data replication.
Hands on Experience of SF integration with UKG.
Hands on SuccessFactors integration experience with 3rd party system e.g. Fidelity, UKG, Concur Etc
Extensive experience in production support involving integration with EC to other systems
Strong techno functional skills.
Experience managing and resolving change requests and production support tickets from a diverse range of internal stakeholders.
Experience working with Developers to deliver any change requirements needed by the business
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: SAP, ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, HCM Module
