We're building the operating system for the AI services industry - think "Shopify for AI agencies." Our platform automates 90% of the work: niche research, client acquisition, proposal generation, and delivery workflows.

We already have a structured PM system (epics, sprints, story points, definitions of done). You'll be executing and improving this system, not building it from scratch.
Your Responsibilities
-Lead daily standups (15 min) and sprint planning for a 4-5 person development team
- Manage product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Track sprint health, velocity, and burn-down metrics in our PM system
- Coordinate between founder and technical team (translate business → technical requirements)
- Unblock developers and manage technical dependencies
- Document features and maintain sprint documentation
- Weekly progress reports (risks, blockers, delivery timeline)
- Facilitate retrospectives and drive continuous improvement
Must-Have Requirements
* 3+ years as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master
* Delivered at least 2 SaaS products from concept to launch
* Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum (certification is a plus)
* Experience with PM tools (Jira, Linear, Notion, Airtable, or similar)
* Excellent written and verbal English
* Self-starter who can work independently
Nice-to-Have Skills
* Technical background (former developer or technical role)
* Experience with AI/ML product development
* Familiarity with React, Supabase, or n8n workflows
* Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture
* Understanding of API integrations and automation workflows
Working Hours
Required: Attend 2 weekly meetings (Tue/Thu 11am-12pm ET)
Preferred: 4+ hours overlap with EST for real-time collaboration
Flexible: Rest of work can be async

* You're looking for a strict 9-5 with no flexibility

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
