Border Patrol Agent Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Border Patrol Agent to join our team. As a Border Patrol Agent, you will be responsible for enforcing immigration and customs laws, detecting and preventing illegal entry of aliens into the United States, and protecting national security.

• Law Enforcement Duties:


• Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration laws;


• Inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations;


• Maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations;


• Foiling smuggling attempts at or near the borders by following tracks, marks,
  d other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband; \
  i.e., bicycle patrolling between trails along remote routes in desert areas.
