About
Overview
We are building an advanced financial intelligence platform and need a specialist to design and operate a fully automated operational layer. The role focuses on creating autonomous agents that coordinate research, content, growth, and internal operations with minimal human intervention.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI agents that execute workflows end-to-end
- Build automation pipelines across APIs, databases, and SaaS tools
- Create a "director agent" that coordinates specialized sub-agents
- Automate research gathering, data processing, and decision routing
- Implement monitoring, logging, and self-correction mechanisms
- Connect marketing, analytics, and product systems into one architecture
Required Skills
- Strong experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar)
- Advanced automation (Zapier, Make, webhooks, API integrations)
- Python scripting and agent orchestration
- Experience building multi-agent systems
- Understanding of data pipelines and structured storage
- Ability to design scalable, low-maintenance systems
Preferred
- Experience with financial or data-intensive platforms
- Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval systems
- Experience deploying agents in production environments
Goal of the Role
Create a self-operating infrastructure where agents manage research, content, and operational decisions automatically, reducing manual execution to near zero.
Engagement
Long-term collaboration with high autonomy and ownership over the automation architecture.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
