What You'll Be Doing
• End-to-End Build: Taking the agency concept from initial UI/UX wireframes to a fully functional, live environment.
• Must be proficient in advanced interactions and custom GSAP or CSS animations to ensure a high-end, luxury feel .
• Conversion Optimization: Implementing lead-capture frameworks and strategic CTA placements.
• Interaction Design: Adding subtle animations and "wow-factor" transitions that scream premium quality.
• SEO & Performance: Ensuring the site is lightweight, fast-loading, and optimized for search.
•Improving already made websites
Requirements
• Proven portfolio of high-end, modern agency or SaaS websites.
• Mastery of Figma and premium builders (like Framer, Webflow, or custom builds).
• Deep understanding of conversion psychology and UX.
• Strong communication skills and a "founder's mindset"—you take pride in the details.
We prefer someone who uses Ai to create websites due to the turn around time .
