CORE OBLIGATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Project Planning & Scheduling: Creating detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, and daily monitoring of progress.
-Budget & Cost Management: Estimating costs, managing budgets, tracking expenditures, and handling invoicing to prevent overruns.
-Subcontractor & Resource Management: Hiring, coordinating, and supervising trades (plumbers, electricians, framers) and managing material procurement.
-Site Supervision & Safety: Conducting daily or regular site visits, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring quality control.
-Communication & Client Relations: Acting as the primary point of contact, updating clients on progress, and managing expectations.
-Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all construction adheres to local building codes, regulations, and permit requirements.
-Change Order Management: Preparing and managing change orders for any adjustments to the original project scope.
-Daily/Weekly Tasks: Tracking job sites progress.
-Ordering and verifying materials.
-Resolving on-site issues and disruptions.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
