You'll be creating this short-form for our Agency's marketing pages, not for our clients.
The goal is to produce native, organic-style content that feels natural in the feed and holds attention from the first second.
This is not traditional ad creative with heavy graphics or salesy edits. We're looking for someone who understands modern short-form storytelling and can make content feel real, fast, and engaging.
What You'll Do:
Edit short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for IG Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Add captions, jump cuts, light motion graphics, and sound effects
Follow references and proven content structures
Deliver clean, high-retention, mobile-first edits
Work with our team on a consistent weekly content schedule
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience editing short-form content
Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and retention
Familiarity with TikTok, Reels, and Shorts trends
Clean, modern editing style (not overdesigned)
Reliable communication and fast turnaround times
Nice to Have:
Experience editing content for e-commerce or marketing brands
Basic motion graphics or text animations
Understanding of what makes content convert
