We build data infrastructure layers on top of existing business systems (ERP, CRM, finance, operations, product tools, etc.) and turn them into a trusted analytics and AI-ready foundation for mid-market and enterprise companies.
This is not an employment role and not an equity role.
This is a long-term technical delivery partnership.
You will operate as an embedded technical partner for our company.
We work with companies ranging from strong mid-market firms up to well-known, large, international companies (household-name SaaS, platforms and global operating companies – comparable to companies in the size class of Airbnb / Spotify / global tech and enterprise groups, or slightly below).
We want one of the best technical delivery partners in the market.
You MUST have real delivery experience with large, well-known enterprises and with small and mid-sized companies.
What you will do
You (and your team) will fully own the technical execution of our projects:
-Design and build modern data infrastructure on top of existing ERP, CRM and operational systems
- Build scalable ingestion and transformation pipelines
- Design enterprise-grade data architectures (warehouse / lakehouse / semantic layer)
- Build production-ready BI and executive reporting layers for mid-market clients
- Design data models, metrics layers and governance structures
- Ensure data quality, access control and performance
- Lead and quality-control all technical delivery across your team
- Support technical pre-sales (scoping, architecture discussions, feasibility checks)
- Teach and explain concepts to me clearly and simply so I can sell and communicate them correctly
- Act as a long-term technical partner of the company (not a short-term freelancer)
Very important about this role
This role replaces our current delivery division.
You must be able to deliver at a true enterprise quality level, while also being able to build pragmatic and fast BI solutions for mid-market companies.
We are building a long-term company.
You are expected to operate as a real partner, not just as an external vendor.
You MUST have
1. Proven delivery experience with large, recognizable enterprise companies
2. Proven delivery experience with small and mid-sized businesses
3. Strong hands-on background in data infrastructure and analytics engineering
4. Real experience building systems on top of ERP and operational platforms
5. Strong understanding of:
- modern data architecture (warehouse / lakehouse patterns)
- data ingestion and orchestration
- analytics engineering
- semantic layers and metric definitions
- data governance, security and access control
- data quality frameworks
6. The ability to clearly explain technical topics to a non-technical founder
7. The ability to lead engineers and analytics engineers
8. Ideally already operate or lead a small delivery team
You MUST be able to
1. Own delivery from architecture design to production rollout
2. Design scalable data infrastructure for complex, multi-system environments
3. Build BI layers for mid-market companies that are fast, clean and business-ready
4. Build enterprise-grade foundations for large companies
5. Scope projects realistically and defend technical decisions
6. Review and guarantee the quality of your team's work
7. Translate business problems into concrete technical architectures
8. Teach me how things actually work so I can communicate them correctly to clients
Communication & availability (very important)
1. You MUST be highly responsive
2. You MUST be able to communicate quickly via chat and calls
3. You MUST be comfortable with frequent direct communication with me
4. You MUST be proactive in updates, risks and delivery planning
5. We work fast. Slow communication is not acceptable.
Personal & collaboration requirements
1. MUST speak very good English
2. MUST be easy to work with and clear in communication
3. MUST be comfortable working with a company that is still being built
4. MUST be open to a long-term partnership
5. MUST be proactive and opinionated (we expect technical leadership, not passive execution)

How the partnership works
Paid per project / per delivery engagement ( YOUR + Team pay per project ranges from $30'000 USD - $500'000 USD. Furthermore you get % bonus on what returns the new data infrastructure has. (Can be up to a few Millions)

You will be positioned as our official technical delivery partner
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
