We are seeking a diligent Customer Service Representative for our Australian ecommerce store. This role focuses on handling customer inquiries via email efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess strong English communication skills and be familiar with using ChatGPT or any AI to enhance response speed and accuracy. You will be responsible for addressing customer concerns, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Knowledge or experience with Seal Subscriptions is a plus but not required.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
