About

We run two M&A lead gen brands and a podcast. We have plenty of content. The bottleneck is execution: publishing, repurposing, scheduling, and keeping everything consistent across platforms.
We're hiring an ops-first content operator to make content ship reliably with premium quality. This is not a post stuff on social role and not a generic AI-writing role.
What you own:
LinkedIn publishing across 3 accounts
1. Founder personal (mostly scheduling + formatting; POV comes from us)
2. Both brands' company pages
3. You will format, schedule, publish, and QA posts so nothing sits in drafts or gets forgotten.
Repurposing pipeline (ops-first)
1. Turn each content piece (podcast episode, blog, webinar..) into a repeatable content set (draft copy + briefs)
2. Coordinate with our designer for quote cards/carousels (you provide tight briefs + copy)
3. Basic email ops
4. Template-driven weekly sends (simple, consistent; we approve end-of-day)
Podcast distribution ops (episode → everywhere)
1. Publish episodes via podcast host (title/description/date/flags)
2. Verify appearance on Spotify + Apple
3. Publish YouTube longform (title/description/chapters; coordinate thumbnail)
3. Update our Webflow CMS episode page (all fields + final links)
What you will NOT do
- You are not our primary thought-leadership writer.
- You will not invent technical claims or M&A details.
- You will not use generic AI outputs
Hours & engagement
- Start: 5–8 hours/week
- Can expand if execution is strong
- We approve in one end-of-day batch (minimal back-and-forth)
Requirements (non-negotiable)
1. Proven history of running a content publishing cadence
2. Extremely detail-oriented (links, formatting, correct accounts, file hygiene)
3. Can repurpose transcript-based or any other written content into clean, credible posts (no generic AI tone)
4. Can run checklists and report status weekly
5. Comfortable coordinating with a designer
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with M&A, PE, B2B services, or general finance
- YouTube publishing comfort (chapters, descriptions, pinned comments)
- Newsletter ops experience (basic)
How to apply
Reply with:
1. Answers to all screening questions
2. Links to work samples (posts, publishing workflows, content calendars, ops docs)
3. Your weekly availability (including timezone overlap)
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
