Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized Marketing Analyst to support content development, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
This role combines data analysis, copywriting/proofing, AI-assisted content generation, market research, and campaign management. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, comfortable working independently in a remote environment, and capable of translating insights into clear, high-performing marketing assets.
Key Responsibilities
Copywriting & Content Development
• Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy across email, website, blog, product pages, paid ads, and social channels. Proofread and QA all outgoing communications.
• Generate content efficiently using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, others) while ensuring brand tone and accuracy.
• Optimize content and write blogs for SEO and LLM search visibility using keyword research and structured formatting.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
• Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, other similar tools. Track KPIs including traffic, CTR, conversions, bounce rate, and engagement metrics.
• Build simple dashboards or reports summarizing monthly performance.
• Identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
Market & Competitor Research
• Conduct ongoing competitor analysis (content, SEO strategy, paid media activity, positioning). Monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities.
• Perform keyword research, backlink analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Support category research and market insights to inform campaign strategy.
Campaign Support & E-com Management
• Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns across e-com, website, email, paid media, and social platforms. Track campaign performance and suggest optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate creative and copy assets to ensure deadlines are met.
• Support A/B testing initiatives for subject lines, ad copy, and landing pages.
Website & Social Monitoring
• Track website engagement and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics.
• Ensure content updates are aligned with SEO best practices.
Qualifications
Required
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or marketing analytics.
• Strong English fluency (written and verbal) with excellent proofreading skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEMrush, or other tools for SEO and competitor analysis.
• Experience using AI tools for content generation and workflow efficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred
• Experience supporting eCommerce or performance-driven environments.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and paid media tracking.
• Experience building simple dashboards or performance reports.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
