About
We're looking for a talented Video Editor to work with our growing SaaS product team. This role focuses heavily on UGC-style content for ads and social media. If you know how to turn raw creator footage into high-performing, conversion-driven videos — we want to hear from you.
Important: We will only consider candidates who provide UGC editing samples.

What You'll Do
• Edit short-form UGC videos for ads and social platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Meta)
• Work mainly with creator/selfie-style footage, testimonials, and demos
• Create strong hooks within the first 3 seconds
• Add captions, dynamic subtitles, text overlays, and visual effects
• Improve pacing and retention for performance-focused videos
• Create multiple variations for A/B testing
• Adapt videos for different formats and platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative direction and revisions

Required Skills
• Proven experience editing UGC-style videos
• Portfolio with UGC edits (required to apply)
• Understanding of short-form ad performance principles
• Fast-paced, retention-focused editing style
• Strong caption & subtitle styling skills
• Ability to work with raw, imperfect creator footage
• Good sense of timing, rhythm, and storytelling
