We run live events, facilitator certifications, and produce weekly podcast + education content across Instagram and YouTube. Our brand blends science, nervous system education, transformation, and leadership — and our content is bold, educational, and emotionally intelligent.
What We're Looking For
You must:
Have strong experience creating high-performing Instagram Reels
Understand hooks, retention, storytelling, pacing & trend adaptation
Know how to edit for engagement and conversions, not just aesthetics
Be confident with YouTube long-form edits
Understand how to pull micro-content from long-form videos
Be available for weekly team meetings
Want to be part of a collaborative, growth-focused team
Deliverables (Weekly)
7 x Reels (short-form content)
2 x Long-form YouTube edits
Repurposing and optimisation suggestions welcome
This output may shift depending on performance data and strategy. We value adaptability and strategic thinking.
Bonus If You:
Understand coaching / personal development / nervous system content
Have worked with founders or education brands before
Can think strategically about what content converts
Bring ideas to the table (we want a thinker, not just an executor)
