About
We are building a new channel in the "Ancient Bio-Hacking / Survival" niche. We do not need fancy transitions, memes, or fast-paced editing. We need ATMOSPHERE.
Your job is to take a voiceover script and turn it into a compelling visual experience using Stock Footage, Archival footage, and AI-generated images.
THE VISION (Must Watch): You must be able to replicate the editing style and vibe of these channels. Please watch 2 minutes of each before applying:

The Hardest Part of This Job (Read Carefully): The script might say: "In winter, monks sat in the snow without clothes."
A bad editor puts a generic clip of a modern winter.
A GOOD editor (YOU) finds a specific historical clip OR uses to GENERATE an image of a "monk sitting in snow, cinematic lighting."
Your Responsibilities:
Asset Hunting: You are a master at searching Storyblocks, MotionArray, Pexels, and Archives to find the perfect clip.
AI Generation: If you can't find the clip, you create it using AI (Midjourney/Leonardo/DALL-E).
Sound Design: You understand that sound is 50% of the video. You will add wind, fire crackling, and deep ambience to make the viewer feel the scene.
Visual Logic: You edit with your brain. The visuals must perfectly match the narrator's story.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
Experience with AI Image Generators is a MUST.
Great sense for "Stock Footage" selection (no corporate/business clips).
English level: Intermediate+ (You must understand the nuances of the script).
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Video Editing, sound desing, Documentary, Visual Effects, Color Grading
