The Opportunity
Pitbull Energy Services is currently hiring a Shuttle Driver based in Fort McMurray.
This role is critical to keeping our operations moving. You will be responsible for transporting personnel, equipment, and parts between oilfield sites, local aerodromes and airports, and our Fort McMurray shop.
When shuttling demands are lighter, this role will also support the maintenance team by assisting with shop hand duties, ensuring productivity and efficiency within the shop environment.
Due to the on-call nature of this position, applicants must reside locally in the Fort McMurray area.

Compensation
- $30.00 per hour
- Overtime paid in accordance with Alberta employment standards

Key Responsibilities
- Safely shuttle personnel to and from oilfield sites
- Transport equipment and parts between shops and field locations
- Support travel in/out days from local airports and aerodromes
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation
- Assist with shop hand duties when not actively running parts or transporting personnel, including:
- Shop organization and housekeeping
- Assisting technicians with parts handling and staging
- Equipment movement within yard/shop
- General labour support as required
- Represent Pitbull professionally when interacting with clients and crews
Requirements
- Valid Class 3 driver's license (required)
- Class 1 driver's license is a strong asset
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (18-speed experience is an asset)
- Clean and current Driver's Abstract
- Successfully pass Pre-Employment Alcohol & Drug Screening
- Oilfield experience preferred
- Strong safety mindset and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must reside locally in the Fort McMurray area
