Product and Innovation Coordinator
Reports to: Director, Product Innovation and Optimization
Location: Vancouver, BC
Annual Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 based on experience
COBS Bread is looking for a Project Coordinator - Product and Innovation for our Vancouver Support office. This role plays a critical part in keeping projects on track, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders, and maintaining accurate product and system data as our product portfolio continues to grow.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is early in their project management career and eager to develop their skills.
Responsibilities includes:
- Provide project coordination and project management support for product innovation launches, trials and strategic initiatives
- Assist with project planning, timelines, task tracking, meeting coordination, and status reporting
- Maintain accurate product data across systems, including pricing, costings, and product attributes
- Create and update product launch pages, training materials, and internal communications
- Coordinate events and forums for up to 250 participants, including logistics, venues, materials, and on-site support
- Support process improvement initiatives, documentation, and cross-functional projects
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, coordination, or project support
- Project Management experience and skilled in using project management software
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and collaboration tools
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and documentation
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel occasionally
