• You must have had primary U.S. residency (includes protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three years out of the last five years.

The experience required varies depending upon your grade level:

• For GS-5:
  •Experience: A minimum of three full-time general work experience demonstrating ability to meet/deal with people.
  •Certification/Education Substitution: Bachelor's degree or four-year course leading to bachelor's degree from accredited college/university.
  •Combination: Completed education + relevant experience calculated using resume & transcripts submitted.
