We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models, foundation models, and fine-tuning techniques. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about building enterprise-grade AI and ML applications and applying advanced techniques to real-world financial and payments challenges. Responsibilities:
Design, build, and optimize Generative AI, Large Language Models, and multimodal foundation models for enterprise financial technology applications. Fine-tune or adapt open-source and internal models for high-performance use cases including natural language processing, document intelligence, anomaly detection, risk scoring, predictive analytics, and decisioning. Lead experimentation to evaluate model accuracy, scalability, and fairness. Partner with engineering teams to deploy models on cloud-based machine learning pipelines and data platforms. Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets across financial and payments ecosystems. Implement model monitoring, drift detection, and continuous retraining strategies. Evaluate and operationalize new AI technologies, foundation model architectures, responsible AI frameworks, and emerging research. Drive proof-of-concept initiatives and innovation efforts that enhance AI capabilities and product differentiation. Experience:
Extensive hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments. Demonstrated expertise in Large Language Models, transformer architectures, transfer learning, and model fine-tuning. Strong background working with large-scale data and enterprise AI solutions. Skills:
Strong proficiency in Python and modern machine learning frameworks. Experience with machine learning libraries used for model development and deployment. Solid understanding of statistical modeling, optimization, and evaluation methodologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional and fast-paced environments. Qualification And Education:
Master's degree or Doctorate in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
