The Salesforce Developer will contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of our multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem, spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. Key responsibilities include supporting internal sales and service workflows, enhancing Experience Cloud portals, and streamlining marketing automation with seamless integrations. Requirements
This position is open to candidates located in the following states: Arizona (AZ), California (CA), Washington (WA), Nevada (NV), Utah (UT), Illinois (IL), Ohio (OH), New Jersey (NJ), Virginia (VA), North Carolina (NC), and Florida (FL).
Essential Functions:

Develop and maintain Salesforce functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. Build and enhance Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and validation rules. Configure objects, fields, page layouts, permissions, and automation. Support integrations using Salesforce APIs and third-party tools. Contribute to Experience Cloud sites, including components, templates, and data access. Assist with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement activities such as automation, email templates, and lead engagement programs. Support data synchronization and integrations between core Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. Work closely with senior Salesforce developers to implement technical designs and solutions. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and team ceremonies. Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, and QA teams to clarify requirements and deliver features. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following Salesforce best practices. Assist in troubleshooting bugs, data issues, and user-reported problems. Support system performance, reliability, and security improvements. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and new features across multiple clouds. Continuously improve technical skills and Salesforce knowledge. Contribute ideas for process improvements and platform enhancements. Other duties as assigned Qualifications or competencies:
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules. Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party applications. Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and declarative tools (e.g., Salesforce Flow). Experience with data modeling and management within Salesforce (e.g., custom objects, SOQL). Proficiency in Git or other version control systems. Understanding of Salesforce security model, including user roles, profiles, and permission sets. Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of Experience Cloud. (plus) Exposure to Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. (plus) Education and previous work experience:
3-6 years of Salesforce development experience required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Position Type:?
This is a full-time position. The days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Schedules must be approved by the Product Manager. Additional hours may be required on an infrequent basis.
