The position offers an array of federal employment benefits including health insurance plans, dental insurance plans and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan. You may also qualify for up to 25% additional base pay under the BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014.A Border Patrol Agent must have one (1) year general work experience or bachelor's degree or successful completion full four-year course study in field leading to bachelor's degree from accredited college or university.
