Border Security Professional

As a border security professional, you will be part of our workforce that strives to protect America by safeguarding borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing national economic prosperity.

• Detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws.
• Preventing alien smuggling at or near borders using surveillance equipment.

• Citizen : U.S. citizenship is required for this position.

• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English,


• Speak Spanish fluently preferred;< / li>,
  < li > Ability to obtain certification as a law enforcement officer within one year after appointment .)< / li >   , Pre - employment drug screening will apply for non - federal employees. )< ul >< i class = " fa fa - clock "> Availability : overnight shifts including nights , weekends , holidays ; periods of time spent in remote field locations without access to amenities; the use of personal vehicle during work hours if needed .
