Customs Security Specialist

This position is a critical component of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection's mission to safeguard American citizens by securing our nation's borders, preventing illicit activities, and promoting economic growth.

• Duties:

1. To detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration laws through meticulous inspections and thorough investigations.
2. To inspect documents, personal effects, and other items for signs of potential illegal activity or unauthorized entry.
3. To prevent and apprehend aliens at or near our national borders with effective strategies in place to minimize risks.
