The CBP Field Operations Academy, conducted at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), offers comprehensive training in law enforcement skills, immigration laws, firearms training, examination of cargo/bags/merchandise, physical fitness, etc.

• Detecting and detaining suspected violators of federal, state or local laws/arresting violators using proper law enforcement methods.


• Enforcing customs regulations related to importing/exporting/international shipping from/to US territory by utilizing intelligence techniques as well as analyzing behavior patterns/risk assessments relating to threats against national security/laws violation involving criminals inside/outside borders territories within U.S.A-Guam Puerto Rico & Virgin Island-Immigration Administration enforces rules which regulate entrance residence departure same three areas mentioned above
