About the Job
The primary function of a Border Patrol Agent is to enforce U.S. immigration laws, prevent human trafficking, and deter contraband smuggling at or near the border. As a key member of our enforcement efforts, you will be responsible for:
- Detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws.
- Inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship status.
- Apprehending aliens and smugglers at or near the border.
