• To perform duties associated with immigration law enforcement at or near the borders between the United States and Canada and Mexico including gathering evidence from cases related to immigration violations;


• To be responsible for detecting contraband such as narcotics within vehicles crossing into ports-of-entry by using x-ray machines scanning cargo bay compartments located on commercial trucks while standing next door outside underneath concrete awnings wearing reflective vests during daytime hours when temperatures reach extreme levels above
