Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customs and Border Protection Officer to join our team. As a CBPO, you will play a vital role in protecting the nation's borders and enforcing laws related to customs, immigration, and agriculture.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for enforcing customs laws, inspecting cargo, conducting interviews with individuals entering or leaving the country,
- Determining admissibility of individuals into the United States
- Preventing smuggling of illicit goods
Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills,
demonstrated analytical abilities
as well as experience working with diverse groups.
persons must be U.S citizens with primary residency in U.S for 3 out of last 5 years.
The position requires completion of formal training at Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC).
A relevant degree or equivalent work experience may be considered .
