building systems manager

This role is responsible for supporting the management of all building systems within a 290,000 sf Class A office building. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance or facilities work in commercial, industrial, or institutional environments.

• Provide support for day-to-day preventive maintenance programs by following inspection and service procedures.
• Perform tenant service requests and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
