Job Description:
The primary responsibility of a Border Patrol Agent is to enforce U.S. immigration laws while also performing other duties related to national security and homeland defense. You will be required to work effectively with other agencies, such as Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents, federal investigators, state troopers and local police officers., patroling along the international boundary between ports of entry: highways rivers roadways trails beaches canals airports seaports harbors
Key Responsibilities:
- Detecting suspicious behavior at border crossings
- Investigating reported crimes
- Aiding victims or witnesses during emergencies
- Maintaining safety protocols on high-risk terrain like mountains forests etc.
