Requirements & Qualifications:
making rapid accurate decisions regarding admissibility cases utilizing knowledge current procedures regulations immigration policies conduct personal interviews obtain information identify potential threats apply intelligence techniques analyze data determine appropriate courses action all while maintaining awareness environment staying alert recognizing subtle patterns behaviors indicative criminal activity.
have minimum one year specialized experience equivalent lower grade level including detaining suspected violators federal state local laws arresting using proper methods enforcing import export international shipping relations cargo merchandise conducting inspections identifying admissible individuals determining appropriateness detention based solely facts evidence provided during interview.
You also have option use combination education experience where graduate degree two years progressively higher-level course work leads master;s degree LL.B J.D accredited college university count toward requirement calculating resume official unofficial transcripts submitted application!
