- Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Night Shift Charge Nurse
- Pay: $26.00-$32.50 per hour (based on experience)
- Bonus: $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Position Overview: LPN Charge Nurse - Night Shift
As a Night Shift LPN Charge Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care while serving as a clinical leader during overnight hours. You'll support residents' comfort and safety, guide CNAs, and collaborate with on-call providers to ensure continuity of care throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor, document, and report changes in residents' condition
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Provide calm reassurance and emotional support overnight
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations
- Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic nighttime environment
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Compassionate, resident-first approach to care
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Competitive hourly pay ($26.00-$32.50)
