What You’ll Do — Day-to-Day
As a Physical Therapist at Align, your responsibilities include:
* Perform detailed evaluations and develop *individualized treatment plans*
* Deliver skilled hands-on therapy and functional exercise programming
* Treat a broad range of conditions including *orthopedic injuries, post-op rehab, neurological conditions (e.g., stroke, MS, Parkinson’s), balance/vestibular dysfunction, and concussion sequelae*
* Use evidence-based manual diagnostics and corrective techniques tailored to each patient
* Document efficiently and coordinate closely with team members
* Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture

What We’re Looking For
*Required:*
* Current *Nevada Physical Therapist License*
* *3+ years* of clinical experience (outpatient preferred)
* Strong clinical decision-making, exercise prescription, and manual therapy skills
* Excellent communication and patient education ability
*Pay & Perks*
* *$89,000–$100,000/year*, commensurate with experience
