About

About the team: The Talent Team is focused on bringing in top talent to help Noibu achieve its goals. This is a one-person team responsible for owning the full talent acquisition lifecycle: strategy, process, and execution of all hiring activities. What You'll Do
  • Own the end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent
  • Serve as the go-to person for all hiring and talent acquisition needs
  • Manage Lever ATS (experience with Juicebox is a plus)
  • Build strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build workforce plans aligned with business goals
  • Develop and refine the employer brand to attract top candidates across all channels
  • Own Great Places to Work submissions
  • Create a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding handoff
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and future roles
  • Design and implement recruiting strategies tailored to different roles and levels
  • Optimize job postings and sourcing channels to maximize quality candidates and reduce time-to-fill
  • Collaborate with People Operations on total rewards benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages
What You Bring
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing high-quality candidates across multiple functions and levels
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers
  • Experience managing and optimizing Lever ATS
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve hiring outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills - you can sell the company vision and create exceptional candidate experiences
Who You Are
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution. You're comfortable doing both the planning and the doing
  • Adaptability and resilience. You thrive in ambiguity and can pivot quickly as business needs evolve
Why You'll Love Working Here
  • As the sole Talent Partner, you'll see your impact right away
  • You'll learn a lot in a short period of time
  • You'll never be bored
  • Our team is incredibly fun and kind; we believe in partnership over service recruiting.
$90,000 - $120,000 a year This role is benchmarked against market data, and we offer a competitive salary range with flexibility for exceptional candidates based on experience and impact. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
