Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director, Capital Project Planning, this role provides day‑to‑day administrative support to the Capital Project Planning organization and task‑specific administrative support to various departments within Ontario Operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support data entry, tracking, and report preparation for capital project activities.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with generating routine and ad‑hoc reports.
- Maintain inventories of general office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Prepare and process expense reports in alignment with company procedures.
- Provide support with travel planning and logistics coordination.
- Assist with event planning, including scheduling, booking space, and arranging materials.
- Respond to general team support requests, including coordination with TIS, HR, Real Estate, and other internal service groups.
- Provide administrative assistance to multiple office locations; occasional inter‑office travel may be required.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft Office applications including Word and Outlook.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in seeking clarification to understand business processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing, professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Education:
- College Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent in Administrative Support, Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
Working Conditions:
- Office‑based role with minimal travel required for meetings or events.
- Standard work schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (includes a 30‑minute lunch break).
