Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Virtual Assistant & Customer Service Representative with exceptional phone manners, experience in handling escalations, and a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. This role requires expertise in Zendesk to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients. As a Virtual Assistant & Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving customer issues. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or any other location of your choice.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
• Utilize Zendesk and demonstrate exceptional phone manners to handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively handle customer escalations, resolving complex issues and providing appropriate solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions and escalations within Zendesk.
2. Administrative Support:
• Manage and organize emails, schedules, and calendars using Zendesk's integrations.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with attention to detail.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Conduct internet research and gather relevant information to support administrative tasks.
• Assist with data entry and database management with a focus on maintaining accuracy.
3. Sales Support:
• Provide product information and support to potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing.
• Follow up with leads and assist in converting them into sales.
• Support sales initiatives and promotional activities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Customer Service Representative with exceptional phone manners and experience in handling escalations.
• Expertise in using Zendesk for customer support and ticket management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in e-commerce or related industry.
• Knowledge of social media management and content creation.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies.
• Previous sales or upselling experience.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
