About
Commerce Cloud (B2B on Core) + LWR Experience Cloud
We're looking for a senior-level Salesforce developer to partner with us on a growing,
real-world Salesforce platform. This is not a greenfield demo org or a one-off task - we
need someone who understands how Salesforce behaves at scale and can make
pragmatic coding decisions.

About the Role
You'll work closely with the business founder and an in-house team to design, build, and
refine a Salesforce ecosystem that includes:
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud – B2B on Core (not Demandware)
• Experience Cloud (LWR) for practitioner and customer portals
• Service Cloud as the operational backbone
• Custom objects, flows, integrations, and automation that support a live
eCommerce and SaaS-style platform
This role suits someone who enjoys owning solutions, not just executing tickets.
This is not a role for agencies or "solution-only" architects.
We're hiring an individual contributor who enjoys building.
Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)
Please only apply if you meet all of the following:
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud on Core (B2B)
(If your Commerce Cloud experience is primarily Demandware/B2C, this role is not
a fit.)
• Real-world experience building and extending Experience Cloud using LWR
• Strong Apex, SOQL, Flow, Lightning Message Service and Lightning Web
Components (LWC)
• Experience working with complex data models and custom objects
Highly Desirable
• Experience with Salesforce Rebate Management
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST APIs,
payment/shipping providers, etc.)
• Familiarity with headless or composable commerce patterns
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and performance
considerations
• Experience collaborating with non-developer stakeholders and explaining trade-offs
clearly
What You'll Actually Be Doing
• Designing and implementing features across Commerce Cloud, Experience
Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Building and refining LWC components for LWR sites
• Improving reliability, performance, and maintainability of existing solutions
• Working iteratively - shipping, testing, refining

Engagement Details

• Ongoing / long-term potential
• Flexible hours, but overlap with Australian business hours is a plus
