This is a great opportunity to be a member of an engineering team on a highly visible, highly impactful project You will be deeply involved in developing new and innovative on-device media management features for the creative space. You will work with human interface designers, quality assurance teams, and cross-functional engineering teams to go beyond code and influence everything from user interfaces to project planning.
Description
The Creativity Apps team is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with hands-on experience with collaboration, persistence, or syncing on Apple platforms. As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust cloud syncing, file management, on-device storage, and collaboration solutions to enhance our products and services.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of proven experience developing and shipping reliable, scalable, maintainable,
and testable code.
Experience developing applications or frameworks for iOS or macOS
Proficient in Swift
Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals and object-oriented design.
Ability to write performant, scalable, maintainable, and correct multi-threaded code.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to ask for help, learn from others, and mentor others in turn.
Commitment to fostering an open and inclusive work environment.
Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills with the ability to
articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building APIs or frameworks.
Experience with CloudKit.
Experience with the latest Swift technologies.
Experience with extensions, e.g. FileProvider, Share Extensions.
