Established in 2025 by Trivest Partners, a private equity firm, Sentinel was formed through the acquisition of the following regional service providers: Lenworth Building Services , Pro Door & Dock Systems, Mar-Lin Dock & Door and Door Doctor. These companies specialize in the installation, repair, and maintenance of overhead doors, dock levelers, and related equipment for commercial and industrial facilities.

Our service providers are always looking for skilled and dedicated Service Technicians—the driving force behind our success and the heartbeat of our company.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist field technicians with the repair and maintenance of overhead doors and loading dock equipment
  • Accurately complete work orders, inspection forms, and capture site photos for documentation
  • Maintain service tools, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure readiness and compliance
  • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe and professional work environment
  • Provide outstanding customer service while representing the company on-site
  • Complete daily truck and trailer logbooks in accordance with CVOR compliance standard
  • What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a lead hand or supervisory role
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using power tools
  • Comfortable working independently and at heights
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative, team-first mindset
