Ace Agencies is looking for an administrative assistant to join our team in our Abbotsford office. This person will work to support the daily operations of the office.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet tenants, applicants, vendors, and clients professionally
Assist with tenant and applicant screening administration and file management
Coordinate and track maintenance and repair requests with vendors and contractors
Support property managers with scheduling, documentation, and general administrative tasks
Maintain accurate tenant files, leases, and internal records
Perform data entry, filing, and document preparation
Assist with day-to-day office operations as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant, secretary or receptionist preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, high-energy attitude
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
