Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your primary duties will include picking, packing, and shipping various products while maintaining accuracy and quality standards. This is a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and other equipment.
  • Verify product information against order details to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare packages for shipment, including boxing, labeling, and applying postage.
  • Load and unload trucks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all warehouse safety protocols.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, following all training guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
  • Utilize PPE as required for specific tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status and any potential issues.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Commitment to Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
