Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Sort and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move materials.
- Pick and pack items accurately for customer orders.
- Stage prepared orders for shipment, ensuring correct routing.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks.
- Report any equipment issues or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform other physical tasks.
- Experience with material handling equipment operation.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with basic logistics operations.
