Job Summary:
We are hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for our Madison, Wisconsin facility! This is a critical role in our logistics network, responsible for the efficient handling of all incoming and outgoing shipments. You will be the first point of contact for many of our deliveries and a key player in ensuring our products reach their destinations on time and in perfect condition. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will contribute directly to our supply chain's success. Your daily duties will encompass:
  • Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Preparing outgoing shipments, including accurate labeling and documentation.
  • Coordinating with carriers for pickup and delivery schedules.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records of received and shipped goods.
  • Operating pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
  • Ensuring the shipping and receiving areas are clean, organized, and safe.
  • Communicating effectively with internal departments and external partners.
  • Adhering to all company safety standards and warehouse policies.

All necessary PPE will be provided, and comprehensive safety training is mandatory. This position involves frequent lifting, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Experience in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse operations is highly valued. A solid understanding of logistics principles and supply chain management is a plus.
