We have an exciting opportunity for an Order Picker in Des Moines, Iowa! Join our dedicated logistics team and be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for efficiently locating and retrieving specific items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders. Precision and speed are key in this role to maintain our high standards of order fulfillment. Your duties will include carefully selecting products, verifying item numbers and quantities, and staging items for the packing station. Maintaining a tidy work area and adhering to all warehouse safety procedures is crucial. This position demands physical stamina, as it involves considerable standing, walking, and frequent lifting of items up to a certain weight. We prioritize a safe working environment and require all employees to strictly follow safety guidelines and correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on pick lists.
- Verify product information and quantities for accuracy.
- Stage picked items for the next stage of the fulfillment process.

- Report any stock discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
- Follow all established safety protocols and use required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to support the team.
