About

Pioneer Valley Dental Arts, a cornerstone of dental excellence in Longmeadow for over 30 years, is seeking an Associate General Dentist to join our thriving multi-doctor team. If you're looking for a practice where clinical mastery meets genuine mentorship—and where your long-term growth is as important as your patients' smiles—this is your opportunity.

Why Pioneer Valley Dental Arts?

Our recently renovated, fully digital practice isn't just about cutting-edge technology—it's about using that technology to deliver the kind of comprehensive, relationship-based care that keeps families coming back for generations. From smile design and Invisalign to implant prosthodontics and surgical placement, you'll expand your clinical repertoire alongside experienced colleagues who are genuinely invested in your success.

We're located in one of Western Massachusetts' most desirable communities—close enough to Boston (1.5 hours) and NYC (2.5 hours) for big-city access, but rooted in the quality of life that makes the Pioneer Valley special.

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning with clinical autonomy
  • Deliver high-quality general and restorative dentistry with an aesthetic focus
  • Develop advanced skills in orthodontics, implant dentistry, oral surgery, and periodontics
  • Collaborate on complex cases with a supportive, experienced multi-doctor team
  • Build lasting relationships with patients who value exceptional care

What You Bring

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited program
  • Active (or eligibility for) Massachusetts dental license
  • A strong clinical foundation and genuine commitment to lifelong learning
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach

What We Offer

  • Competitive guaranteed base salary transitioning to a tiered collection model as you grow
  • Comprehensive benefits package : medical, dental, 401(k), CE stipend, uniform allowance
  • Genuine mentorship from experienced clinicians who want to see you thrive
  • Clear partnership pathway for the right candidate
  • Work-life balance in a community known for its schools, culture, and quality of life

This isn't just another associate position—it's a chance to build your career in a practice that values your growth, trusts your clinical judgment, and offers a genuine path to ownership. If that sounds like the future you're looking for, let's talk.
