Job Description Join our innovative team as a Senior Principal Software Engineer and take the lead in designing and developing cutting-edge software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks, and more. You will play a key role within the software engineering division, actively shaping the evolution of our best practices and procedures. As a vital member of our team, you will tackle complex, non-routine work that demands advanced technical and business acumen. You will contribute individually and lead as a tech lead, guiding and mentoring emerging engineers. A bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience, along with 7+ years in software engineering or a related field, is required. Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating scalable, distributed, and resilient software components for our healthcare platform and applications. You will lead the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring top-tier architecture, development, testing, and monitoring processes are in place. Your insights and passion for ownership will empower other engineers to thrive. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
8-10 years of experience in developing and delivering enterprise distributed and/or cloud-native systems.
Strong foundation in system design principles and best practices for distributed architectures.
Proficiency in coding with Java, Python, or similar object-oriented languages.
Experience in web application development using microservices frameworks (e.g., Helidon, Dropwizard, Spring).
Familiarity with container technologies and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
A collaborative mindset and a strong desire to make a meaningful impact.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively through both verbal and design channels.

The salary range for this position is $96,800 to $223,400 per annum, depending on various factors such as experience and location. Eligible candidates may also receive bonuses and equity options.
