Job Description
Design develop and maintain robust Javabased applications leveraging Spring Framework including Spring Boot Spring MVC and Spring Data Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as frontend developers QA and product managers to deliver highquality software solutions Write clean efficient and welldocumented code adhering to coding standards Optimize application performance scalability and security Integrate applications with SQLNoSQL databases and thirdparty services Participate in troubleshooting and resolving production issues promptly Stay updated with the latest Java and Spring ecosystem trends and best practices Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for applications and APIs
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the full software development lifecycle from requirement analysis design implementation testing to deployment Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural guidelines Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CICD pipeline integration and deployment processes Drive best practices in coding standards security and documentation Monitor application health and performance proactively identifying and resolving issues Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and software quality
