Overview
We are currently looking for creators who are passionate about social and culture. Super creatives who thrive at both concepting and producing content for new and established platforms. Resourceful Photographers, Videographers and Animators aren’t confined by the traditional silos of production and creative. While a background in content production
is a plus, we’re seeking creators who can plan, point, shoot, and edit. Our ideal candidate will lead with a curious foot, love figuring things out, and understand how beautiful things are made with their phone or a camera - whatever it takes to communicate great ideas, thoughts, and expressions engagingly. Social Media cache is secondary to great content – we don’t need an influencer. We need someone well-honed at the craft. Regardless of seniority, years of experience, or types of experiences, we’re excited to see your great content. This role may also include conception, creating, capturing and even appearing in social content for our clients.
Responsibilities
Concept owned and paid social content ideas for multiple brands and platforms
Partner regularly with AD and/or CW for client and internal/branding projects
Work with content producers to plan for and execute shoots of various sizes
Shoot and edit compelling content that is geared towards specific platforms and
audiences
Research latest trends, technologies and best practices
Set and maintain creative integrity of work
Integrate AI-driven tools into creative and production processes to boost efficiency,
elevate content quality, and stay ahead of emerging trends in technology and
storytelling
Location & Commitments:
Full-time role with a hybrid work model at our client office in Warren, NJ
Qualifications
Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary social media platforms
Have a deep understanding of pop culture and social trends and love working within
that framework
A strong eye for design and composition with an ability to create visually appealing
content
Must be a self-starter that can work (and thrive) independently
Proficient in creative software such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After
Effects etc.
Working experience with camera and lighting equipment
Excited by the idea of creating content on an ongoing basis, pushing norms and
bringing their own vision to each project
Enjoys a fast-paced environment – working at the speed of culture
Strong online portfolio showcasing content creation, video production, or motion
graphics experience

Compensation Range: $66,120 - $101,790 annually . This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
