As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, dedicated to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring that the store operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers in product selection and provide informative recommendations Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all products are properly displayed Stock shelves, replenish products as needed, and conduct regular inventory checks Educate customers about current sales, promotions, and product features Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred Previous retail or sales experience is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and retail software Benefits:
