Job Description:
The
Sr. Analyst, Analytics & Data Products
will report to OneOncology's Manager, Analytics & Data Products. This role will support projects carried out by teams across the organization by generating insights and delivering actionable information to OneOncology and its partner practices, with a particular focus on clinical quality initiatives. Such projects include but are not limited to the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) program, Chronic Care Management (CCM) reporting, and Value-Based Care (VBC) programs. This role will partner with OneOncology's clinical teams and leverage data assets to deliver high-quality data and insights to our practices.
Responsibilities
Performing analyses on large datasets, including EHR, billing, drug, and clinical datasets
Collaborating with clinical teams both internally at OneOncology and at its partner practices
Building and maintaining data models for use in downstream tools
Creating dashboards to provide users with insight into clinical quality initiatives
Managing relationships with external vendors leveraging OneOncology's data assets and capabilities
Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer
Key Competencies
An analytical mindset and the determination to find pragmatic solutions
Proficiency in SQL
Proficiency in Excel
Proficiency in PowerBI; familiarity with / a working knowledge of creating DAX measures and modeling data within PowerBI a plus
Familiarity with / a working knowledge of the healthcare industry
Familiarity with / a working knowledge of Value-Based Care (VBC) programs and CMS initiatives such as the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) a plus
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience
3+ years relevant work experience; experience working for a consulting firm, health insurer, healthcare provider organization, or other similar organization a plus
Genuine interest in learning about and working in the oncology space
