Our client, a real estate company in Miami, FL, is in need of a Business Analyst supporting their Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) for a three-month contract. Working in a hybrid model, four days/week onsite in Miami, the CIP BA will partner closely with the CIP Lead to drive change management, build high-quality communications and training materials, and support data-driven storytelling that strengthens leader understanding and adoption of CIP across the organization. This position will help shape the CIP Playbook, develop info session content, structure training and enablement materials, and assist with data analysis to inform insights and narratives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Required skills 5+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst, or similar 2+ years' supporting Continuous Improvement programs and initiatives Experience building decks for executive leadership, info sessions, and training content (PowerPoint, Excel) Experience conducting analysis (survey results, scoring curves, CIP performance analytics etc.) and converting data into simple visuals and insights PowerBI experience is a plus Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills ClearBridge Technology Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The posted range is an estimate, the actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.
