CMMC/NIST 800-171 Security Standards and Compliance Server Setup, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting Desktop and User Support Network Setup, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting Hardware/Software Updates/Upgrades Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT-related degree Hardware/Software installation and maintenance experience Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, managed switches) Experience with desktop troubleshooting and help desk support Strong communication skills U.S. Citizenship Desired Technical Background
Strong understanding of all aspects of System Administration Linux System Maintenance (preferred) SVN, GIT and Maven administration AWS Administration Firewall Administration (Juniper / Junos) Windows Servers, Desktops, and Applications Microsoft 365 (InTune, Entra/Azure, Exchange, Defender for EndPoint, SharePoint, Office 365) Databases (Microsoft SQL Server, SAP SQL Anywhere)
